Instagram Blocks Raheem Kassam From Advertising Betsy Ross Flag T-Shirt

After Nike cancelled the sale of shoes with the “Betsy Ross”flag, Raheem Kassam put the flag on a t-shirt - and got stifled by Instagram.

After Nike announced they were cancelling the sale of patriotic 4th of July sneakers featuring the “Betsy Ross” American flag, Human Events editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam did the most American thing possible and put the flag on t-shirt.

Nike pulled their shoes because former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick complained that the flag is an offensive symbol. Instagram apparently agrees with Kaepernick.

Instagram has banned Kassam from advertising his Betsy Ross flag shirt.

Instagram, owned by Facebook, has a history of banning pro-America images. Prominent Trump supporters Paul Joseph Watson, Milo Yiannopoulos, Alex Jones, and Laura Loomer have all been banned from the site entirely.

“Instagram shows it’s true colours when they ban the Betsy Ross Flag,” Kassam told Culttture. “And those colours ain’t red, white, and blue!”
