Twitter Locks James O’Keefe’s Account for ‘Posting Private Information’

Twitter locked O’Keefe’s account for naming two employees of Bernie Sanders's campaign caught making radical statements on camera.

Twitter has locked Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe’s Twitter account for allegedly violating “rules against posting private information.”

The tweet purported to violate the rules names two employees of Bernie Sanders‘s presidential campaign that Project Veritas recorded making radical far-left statements on video.

Project Veritas has previously reported on bias at Twitter, including a video where a senior network security engineer at Twitter suggested his company turns over private communications and deleted tweets of President Donald Trump to the Department of Justice. Project Veritas also reported on the systematic shadow banning of conservative by Twitter.

Twitter recently banned independent news outlet Zero Hedge following a report from a BuzzFeed reporter, and British conservative Katie Hopkins following a meeting with a BBC employee.
